How do I sign up to become a member?

At Sign-up we ask for an email address and a password. The reason for the email is to uniquely identify our members and the password is provide a simple level of security for member-entered information. In the future, passwords will become more rigid as we expand services. We need the members email because sometimes email will be used to forward back to your business responses.
