The Concept of "Daily Interactions"

  • If you read the previous page, you now understand our concept of daily transactions interactions (connections) – each of us experiences a large number of them every day. Some are repetitive, while others are brand new.

  • Research shows that many of these personal interactions can be disappointing. While this varies from person to person, the average rate of dissatisfaction is about 4-8%, which translates to roughly 30 unsatisfactory interactions per month.

Our Solution :

Our belief is that if there were a reliable and simple way to report these annoyances, people would take advantage of it. Here’s how we makes it possible to easily connect, including:

  • Quickly identify the company (and location) involved through our UCI.
  • Using you voice explain when it happened (time and day of the interaction)
  • Share the names of the company individuals involved (if known).
  • Share your information about the product or service in question. We encourage telling the company the full story of what annoyed you. Connects can contain lots of inputs, no real limits.
